Three glimpses at three journeys in a taxi. The camera is fixed each time on the swinging lucky charm hanging on the rear-view mirror. Parallel, the passenger exists through the story scrolling down.
The scene takes place in a taxi, a conversation has already begun.
The driver tells about his childhood at the Koran school, where the children are entirely dependant on the Imam (they beg for money in the streets). In exchange the children have a place to live, a strictly koranic education, and the possibility to become an Imam themselves, and the same circle continues.
The construction of the form of the film is similar to its content, it’s conceived as a loop.
