RITA KLOETZER `s wall-tableau / CONTROL-UNIT consisted of miniaturized objects. These were arranged on a white metal-plate tying by magnets on their backside. The miniatures being 10 by 10 cm were colourfully varnished found objects having been made into something new and then being glued on little boards. The single pieces are arranged as functional groups being syntactic units. These control-units are related in function to each other resulting in the structure as a circuit. As a huge single object, a remote-control is positioned underneath it, indicating the possibility of navigation. Single elements are linked within a process to other elements, events and states. By this a promise is given: abilities and the state of consciousness can be manipulated.
